I’ve listed 3 great ways on how to develop a positive mindset and finally feel more free and happier in life! There are ways in which you truly can develop the skills necessary to live the life you always wanted!

Mediating, following positive influential people who inspire you and learning how to take action are the 3 great ways to really help you develop a positive mindset.

I’ll explain exactly how I use these 3 ways to significantly improve my mindset and hopefully, these will help you too!

How To Develop A Positive Mindset – 3 Great Ways!

1. Meditation!

MeditationMeditation can significantly give your head a really good break from the noise in everyday life.

I believe it’s so important to learn how to shut our brains down and to finally enjoy peace and quiet!

Don’t you think you deserve this?

So why don’t we do this?

Because we make excuses!

We think there’s just not enough time in a day or we don’t know how to so we simply just don’t bother even trying.

The thing is, we really do have time!

There’s always time to learn anything if you are willing to. We don’t have to watch TV or look at our cell phones over and over and over again just to read things that don’t necessarily matter or that probably is making us feel depressed anyway.

You don’t have to meditate for 1 hour or even for a half-hour if you feel that’s too long. Especially when you’re just starting out and are new to meditation. Just a few minutes a day is all that is really needed to feel a whole lot better.

I recently read that meditating for just 17 seconds can really help us get off to a great start. Then after 17 seconds, scale up from there and go to 30 seconds and then 1 minute. From one minute got to 2 minutes and then 3 and then 4 and then 5.

Practice, practice, practice. Everything we learn in life takes practice and if you are willing to do it every day, you will get better.

I promise!

I put in about 5 minutes of meditation every morning when I first wake up. I hold my hot cup of coffee in my hands, relax, breathe (NO CELL PHONE) and think about the ocean/beach or whatever that keeps my mind at peace. Don’t think about what the day is going to be like. Focus on the moment and relax the best you can. I can’t express how much this has made a positive change in my mood every morning.

I learned how to quiet my mind, meditate, relax and enjoy the little moments in life just by reading some of my favorite books by Echart Tolle.

I learned a lot from Echart Tolle.  He teaches exactly how to enjoy each and every second of every single day! Learn exactly how to become more mindful and more happier than ever before!

You really can enjoy life to the fullest if you are willing to learn how!

2. Follow Positive Influences Who Inspire You!

Living a positive lifestyle is usually the reason for their success.

Positive people produce positive results!

It’s so true!

Positive people are usually very successful in life because of the positive effort they put towards being successful.

I’m not saying you have to be successful to be happy.

Following successful positive people can really add value to the way we think. It could help change our negative way of thinking into a positive way of thinking, therefore helping you grow, succeed and become exactly WHO YOU ARE MEANT TO BE!

For example, I listen and learn from some of the most successful people on TV, radio, etc.

You may agree or disagree with some of my favorite positive people to follow but I’m going to share who they are because you just may agree with me and want to learn from one or two of them as well.


Here Is A List Of My Favorite Positive Influences To Follow and Why!

Oprah Winfrey – You can find her on Oprah’s Super Soul Conversation On iHeart Radio. It’s an amazing program with tons of positive influential women, men, entrepreneurs, etc., that we can all relate to and really learn a lot from.

Marianne Williamson – An American Author, Spiritual Leader, Politician and Activist. My favorite book by Marianne is A Return To Love. She teaches how to put more love into the world and you will receive it back!

Echart Tolle – As I mentioned above. He is all about The Power Of Now and A New Earth  which are my 2 favorite books. He teaches how to start enjoying our lives with every single moment we have.

Joyce Meyer – Christian Author, Speaker, and President of Joyce Meyer Ministries. Amazing and very funny woman to say the least. You can find her at www.joycemeyer.org. There’s no judgment in her world, only learning how to be a good person so that others follow.

Jann Arden – She’s a very funny Canadian singer/song writer, Actor, Author, Animal rights activist. You can find her at iHeart Radio here at The Jann Arden Podcast. She discusses the challenges, triumphs and tribulations of everyday life.

There you have my favorite positive influences in my life.

3. Taking Action!

Taking ActonTaking action to do what you want in life is necessary! If you stay stuck doing something you really don’t want to do, it could cause feelings of depression and anxiety.

If you want to do anything in life such as losing weight, change jobs, etc. you have to learn how to take action.

Nobody is going to do this for you. Only you can decide. Really think about what you want in life and just go for it!

No matter how scary it is!

I promise If you do this, you will grow in a very positive way!

Sometimes we are truly stuck in a situation that we just cannot remove ourselves from. If this is the case for you then accept what is and learn ways to improve it.
